Crust:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, room temperature

Filling:

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp baking powder
2 TB flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 6-o.z. package chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt
1/2-1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the crust ingredients together like a pie crust and press into a 9×13 pan. Bake until lightly brown – 10-15 minutes.

Mix all of the filling ingredients together and pour over hot crust. Bake again for 15-20 minutes. Cool and cut into small squares.
