hi sauce 2 cans cream of chicken soup pint sour cream 2 cans of chopped green chiles mix grate 1 lb of colby jack cheese mix with 2 bunches of chopped green onions chicken lightly fry corn tortillas in pan both sides take tortilla add cheese mixture chicken and some sauce roll seam side down in a 9 by 13 pan pour remaining sauce over formed enchilladas sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly enjoy how are you?
